Explanation for Real Micro Needle and Titanium Needle

Today one customer would like to ask me for real micro needle, which means no metal plates with triangular cut points. During my ten year experience in micro needling field, this is not the first time customers asked this question. Now I will give my comment for it:

1. Now there is many needle numbers derma roller in market, like hottest 540 derma roller, 600, 1200, 1080, 192, 200, 75, 180 needles. But real micro needle like what clients said, the shape will be 192/200 needle, diamond shape needle. The process of this kind mico needle must need handwork for production, it takes longer time and other derma roller but with low output. This is why it cost much higher than 540 derma roller. 

2. About titanium needle. Now all derma roller  we  produced/Chinese derma roller is plated titanium, as if only use titanium material as needle, the hardness will be not strong enough and make bent needle during operation.
